CA Hitsu Mota is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2016 and the founder of the firm. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in the capacity of a consultant. He has the experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade and thus has helped many organizations to set up business in India and operate the same smoothly.
Hitsu has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system. He has expertise in the field of RERA&Financial Management. He also has tremendous literacy in company related matters consisting of private limited companies, tax audits and statutory audits.
